Latest Chelsea transfer rumours: Declan Rice blow, outcast blasts Blues, Victor Moses loan

Chelsea proved to be the heavyweight buyers of the summer transfer window.

Not only did they pay the most for a single player, in Kai Havertz for £72m, but they spent more than any club on signings in the transfer market too.

The club spent £222.48m on players, the highest ever spent in a transfer window since Roman Abramovich bought the club in 2003.

This is just over a million pounds shy of the Premier League record spend achieved by Manchester City (£223.8m) in 2017.

And although the transfer window has shut until January, the Chelsea rumour mill continues on.

Here are the latest transfer rumours for the club.

That interest, however, has not gone away but the Hammers reportedly want to offer Rice a new deal worth £120,000 a week.

Rice is two years into a five-and-a-half-year contract, which saw him move from £3,000-a-week up to £60,000-a-week.
