Ahead of the clash, Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa provided an injury update and it’s likely the Yorkshire club will be without four players for their visit to the capital.

Though, one of those is by choice with Bielsa wanting summer signing Diego Llorente to amass match fitness with he under-23s following an injury, though the Spaniard is deemed fit.

Elsewhere, Jamie Shackleton, Adam Forshaw and Pablo Hernandez are likely to miss out as they target returns from injury, though the latter did take part in training on Friday.

Speaking about those players and whether they will follow Llorente’s path to return via the under-23s, Bielsa said in his pre-match press conference: “When a player goes so long without playing, one of the ways to help his recovery is to propose an activity similar to games in the Premier League.
