Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has said that he expects to have Christian Pulisic fit and available for tonight’s clash against Everton.
Speaking during his pre-match press conference, he said: “Christian Pulisic had a tiny bit of awareness off the back of the Leeds game on one of his hamstrings but he’s training normally, so we should be as we were.”
Chelsea head into the game at Goodison Park tonight in excellent form – winning eight of their previous 10 fixtures across all competitions – but they were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Krasnodar on Tuesday night.
Despite dominating the game at Stamford Bridge, Lampard’s side had to settle for a point but were already safe in the knowledge that a place in the last-16 of the Champions League had already been booked.
As a result, between now and February, the Blues can focus on the Premier League title race – starting with a trip to Merseyside in the late kick-off this evening.

The 27-year-old limped off with a hamstring injury after half an hour during the win over Leeds United last Saturday.
The influential midfielder had a scan on Monday, with Lampard revealing that he is hoping both the former Ajax star and Callum Hudson-Odoi will be back for their Boxing Day trip to face Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.
