Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher disgaree over Chelsea and Tottenham top-four predictions

Tottenham Hotspur will claim the final top-four spot over Chelsea at the end of the Premier League season.

That is the view of Manchester United legend Gary Neville, who predicted the race for Champions League football following the Blues’ 3-0 win over West Ham United on Monday night.

Victory for Frank Lampard’s side meant they moved above Spurs in the table and will be London’s top club at Christmas.

“I said they were going to at the start of the season,” Neville said on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football show. “That moment around Villa, Van Dijk getting injured, I thought that it could be interesting but they’ve settled down.

“They’ll have bumps, they didn’t have them last season, but I’ll think they’ll definitely get there.”

“I think City and United will definitely finish in the top-three.

“I think it will be Chelsea or Tottenham and it’s the flip of a coin.”
