Frank Lampard is set to become the latest casualty of Roman Abramovich’s managerial axe.
According to the Telegraph, Lampard is set to be sacked by Chelsea less than 24 hours after their 3-1 FA Cup victory over Luton Town.
In addition, the report states that confirmation could come as soon as Monday after the first-team squad were told not to report to the training ground until the afternoon.

Once Tuchel is installed as Chelsea’s new boss, it is highly likely to please winger Christian Pulisic, who has worked with the German at Dortmund. Tuchel was responsible for handing the USA international his debut for the Bundesliga club during the 2015/16 season.
Pulisic went on to be a key player within Tuchel’s plans before the latter left the club in May 2017.
Following his departure from the German heavyweights, Pulisic paid tribute to now-47-year-old for handing him the opportunity he did.
“I’m just very thankful for everything [Tuchel] did for me,” Pulisic said back in 2017, as quoted by Bundesliga.com. “Tuchel always just trusted me and gave me a chance.
“Of course he’s given me tips and feedback with what he sees every day in training and stuff like that, small things.”
As well as thanking Tuchel for the help he gave him, Pulisic also admitted that it was “tough” when he left the club.
The Chelsea winger added: “It’s tough in professional sports when a coach has to go like this, especially after a pretty good season. But we’re excited to see who we get and I think the team will be just fine.”
