Thomas Tuchel has already decided his next move amid talk of Chelsea sacking Frank Lampard

Thomas Tuchel has reportedly already decided on his next move following his sacking by Paris Saint-Germain.

The German boss officially parted company with PSG last month after winning back-to-back Ligue 1 titles and left the French side a point behind leaders Lyon.

So what next for Tuchel?

Well, according to BILD in Germany, the 47-year-old has already decided he wants to take on a project in the Premier League.

Furthermore, the same publication claim Tuchel’s most likely destination could be Chelsea if they continue to drop points.

With that said, at the time of the report there didn’t appear to be too much pressure on Frank Lampard despite a run of one win in five Premier League games.

However, the situation appears to have changed.

According to the Telegraph, Lampard is set be sacked by Chelsea less than 24 hours after their 3-1 FA Cup victory over Luton Town.

In addition, the report states that confirmation could come as soon as Monday after the first-team squad were told not to report to the training ground until the afternoon.

Following last week’s 2-0 loss against Leicester City, Lampard admitted that his future was out of his control as he works under notoriously trigger happy owner Roman Abramovich, who has sacked managers for a lot less.

“I can’t control it,” he said. “I don’t think this is the first time I have been asked this, I have been asked this across the last few weeks. We went 16 unbeaten, then lost two on the bounce, and I started to be asked about it.

“I understand it, the expectations of this club whether I think it is right or wrong, we are not in the position as Chelsea Football Club as we were in the periods when we were winning leagues.
