Mateo Kovacic pulls off sublime skill as Tuchel’s Blues try to break the deadlock » Chelsea News

Chelsea are struggling to break down Burnley at Stamford Bridge, but one man impressing early doors is Mateo Kovacic.

The Croatian has started both games under Thomas Tuchel so far, and he’s picked out a couple of nice balls forward to Mason Mount in attacking positions.

At one point he showed his legendary “press resistance” skills with a superb flick to escape several Claret players closing in.

He’ll have to do more than some fancy slicks to win this game for his team, but it shows the confidence the team has and bodes well for the rest of this game.
