Hakim Ziyech has been backed to be a success for Chelsea, despite his mixed start to life in England.
The Moroccan international has had his ups and downs since joining Chelsea from Ajax in the summer, with the 27-year-old making 18 appearances for the Blues, scoring two goals.
His Chelsea debut was delayed due to injury, with Ziyech not featuring for the Blues until mid-October when he came off the bench in a 3-3 draw with Southampton at Stamford Bridge.
He made an impact soon after with goals in back-to-back games against FC Krasnodar in the Champions League and away at Burnley in the Premier League at the end of October, but he has not been on the scoresheet since then.

He has also found himself either substituted or coming off the bench in games, both under Frank Lampard and new Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.
But former Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt has urged Chelsea to be patient with Ziyech, with the former Dutch international echoing those thoughts with his verdict on Manchester United midfielder Donny Van de Beek, who has struggled for game time at Old Trafford since also moving on from Ajax last summer.
Speaking to Ziggo Sport, Kuyt said: “They have performed fantastic in the Champions League, and have shown that they can compete with the absolute top of the world.
