Timo Werner limps off with bandaged leg after keeper clash » Chelsea News

Chelsea walk away from tonight’s game as winners, and they have Timo Werner to thank for it.

The striker didn’t score – no change there – but he got the assist for both goals, and played well. He didn’t make it through the full 90 minutes though, and after his substitution in the second half he got his leg strapped.

Despite his bad form, that’s the last thing anyone wants to see – especially with Pulisic seemingly out too.

He confirmed to the cameras later it was just a dead leg, but it still looks questionable whether he will feature in our next game.
