Chelsea have made significant strides since Thomas Tuchel’s appointment, standing undefeated for four matches and winning their last three in a row.
That has seen the Blues rekindle their push for a top-four finish and the Champions League football that comes with it, takin advantage of Liverpool’s struggles.
Tuchel has sparked life back into a disjointed Chelsea side, rejuvenating the team that he inherited from Frank Lampard and putting his own spin on things tactically.
Come the end of the season and the summer transfer window, the former Paris Saint-Germain boss will want to complete moves in the market to get his first-choice line-up to fill his criteria.

It appears that Tuchel already has plans laid out ahead of him, as Chelsea are being heavily linked with a number of Bundesliga players.
Among those touted for a move to Stamford Bridge are Bayern Munich’s experienced defender Jerome Boateng, along with Borussia Dortmund duo Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland.
According to reports, Chelsea have secured an agreement with Boateng’s agent to sign the Germany international on a free transfer at the end of the season.
That would see the Blues bolster their defensive ranks, where there has been issues this season, and would provide an experienced partnership between Boateng and Thiago Silva – who has excelled since Tuchel’s appointment, until his injury halted his progression.
With Andreas Christiansen, Antonio Rudiger and Cesar Azpilicueta as options to fill the final role in a three-man defensive line, Tuchel will certainly have a solid quota of players.
On the right, Reece James has impressed in a wing-back role, as has Callum Hudson-Odoi when called upon, and Azpilicueta can also slot in when required.
