Head Coach Thomas Tuchel has arrived at Chelsea and had a great run of success so far, going 10 games unbeaten as Blues boss.

Right back, or right wing back in Tuchel’s new system Reece James, has been speaking to the Chelsea website about his new boss ahead of another massive game against Everton this evening.

The England international states that they ‘must win a trophy’ this season, and they are on course to do so.

James has been in and out of Tuchel’s regular starting line up so far, but he is clearly rated by the new German head coach and will only be growing even more as a player under one of the games top coaches.

Tuchel has introduced his style of play, which James says has been ‘evident and clear to understand.’

He said:

“The style of play that he’s brought in was evident and clear for us to understand.

“The more we play together, the stronger we will be. Game by game, we will get better and build together.

“He [Tuchel] is very funny and very passionate because he wants to win.

“He wants the best for his players and his team, and that shows when he’s on the sideline kicking and heading every ball. Everyone gets on well and it’s a great group.

“When you play for a top team, you cannot always play and you know you might find yourself in a period where you don’t play as much.

“You have to just keep working hard and you never know when your chance will come. I have to keep working and be ready. The manager always has his reasons on why he thinks that person should play. He is the manager and he makes the decisions so I have to respect them.

“We have to win trophies this season.

“There are not many games left to play so we need to keep working and keep on pushing game by game because the aim…
