2012 UCL win was just before you arrived… is tomorrow the biggest game of your career?
It could well be. It has a massive importance for not just me, but the whole club. It could be.
Defensive performances are great, a clean sheet tomorrow gets the job done…
I think we know we are a difficult team to score against at the moment but we have so much quality up front. There is no extra pressure on our side. We just want to do what we normally do and have done for so long. At the same time, we want to show our quality going forward.
Strange to face Eden Hazard?
I think everyone at this club only has good things to say about Eden, a lot of praise. It hasn’t changed and we know what he has done for this club. Yes, he is probably going to be a big factor again.
Is it hard to play the game and not occasion? Do you feel the history?
Sometimes, they have got a huge experience in these kinds of games. I feel like we have been building a balance between that youth and hunger, with experience and players that have done a lot. I think we need to bring that balance to the game and it will help us.
It is hard to go away and play it like a normal game because we know how much it means to the club and that we haven’t been in this situation since 2012. We know how much it means for the club and we will try and do everything to play our game, like we did in the first game.
At the same time, we know it is very difficult because we already have a cup final and we are fighting for the top four.
Every game at the moment is very tough and means a lot. It could help us in the situation as it is.
Been at the club since the last Champions League win and they go down as club legends, can you be the same this season?
I don’t think it is on our minds. It is just something we really want to try to win and I think that’s why we all play football for these big trophies.
