Chelsea are keen on signing Declan Rice from West Ham again this summer, according to The Telegraph.
Rice is a player that his club will not let go for cheap, and they could end up trying to price him out of any deal. However, Chelsea are looking to sweeten that by offering Tammy Abraham and/or Ross Barkley as part of the offer, according to the same report.

But if that cannot be done, Chelsea have a plan b and a plan c up their sleeves, and are monitoring two other defensive midfielders if they cannot land Rice.
Per the report, they are monitoring Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco, and Julien Weigl from Benfica.
These are the three names that Thomas Tuchel likes apparently, but it appears that £90 million Rice is top of that list, but you can imagine that large fee will need to drop quite significantly for Chelsea to be able to do a deal.
