The Blues are being linked to a very good player though as it happens, in the shape of Inter Milan full back Achraf Hakimi.
According to Italian reporter Gianluca Di Marzio, Chelsea are one of the teams monitoring the 22-year old this summer, and he confirms that they ‘like’ the player.
However, as Di Marzio explains, it will take a ‘boggling offer’ for Inter to sell their asset, and I can only assume that ‘boggling’ offer means one that will be very high, probably too high for Chelsea to pay especially when you take into consideration they already have Reece James and Tino Livramento coming through the ranks in that position.
