The 2021/22 Premier League season is still another two months away, with Euro 2020 currently in full swing.
And yet supporters of our London clubs and those across the country are already gearing up for the big kick-off thanks to the release of the full fixture list for the upcoming season on Wednesday.
Of course every team will play every other team twice, but with the release of the new season’s fixtures, excitement levels are ramped up just that little bit more.
Arsenal will travel across London to take on newcomers Brentford on the opening day, while Chelsea also face a London derby against Crystal Palace.
Tottenham meanwhile have been handed the toughest test of all, with champions Manchester City visiting Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the opening weekend of the season.
Not only that, but all three club face what looks like a tough start to the season in the first few weeks before the second international break hits at the beginning of October.
