Netherlands’ line-up to face North Macedonia appears to be leaked by Dutch press

An image doing the rounds on social media on Sunday suggests that the Dutch press have leaked the Netherlands’ starting line-up to face North Macedonia.

Netherlands vs North Macedonia

The Netherlands will round out their Euro 2020 group phase on Monday evening vs North Macedonia.

The Oranje have secured wins in their opening two ties of the tournament, meaning their participation in the Round of 16 has already been secured.

However, whether or not the Netherlands top Group C will come down to the final day.

Frank de Boer’s side will face North Macedonia in their final outing. This is North Macedonia’s first time at the European Championships and it has not gone too great so far.

They have lost their opening two games, scoring just two and conceding five goals, leaving them dead bottom of Group C.

Netherlands’ line-up vs North Macedonia looks to be leaked

Given the opposition facing the Netherlands this match week, many may have assumed Frank de Bore would make a number of changes to his side, much like Italy did on Sunday vs Wales.

However, the aforementioned image doing the rounds on social media suggests the Netherlands’ changes will be minimal on Monday.

The image in question was captured by the Dutch press, who zoomed in on the notes of manager, Frank de Bore.

And said notes appear to show the eleven which will face North Macedonia in 24 hours’ time.

That XI, if the leak proves true, will see just two changes made by the Oranje, with Donny Malen in up top for Wout Weghorst and Ryan Gravenberch introduced in midfield over Marten de Roon.

Dutch press got a sneak preview of the Dutch squad tomorrow:

GK: Stekelenburg
DEF: Dumfries, De Vrij, De Ligt, Blind, Van Aanholt
MID: De Jong, Wijnaldum, Gravenberch
FWD: Depay, Malen#EURO2020 #EuroFantasy
